Our first ever photoshoot was magic! We headed off to the ever beautiful property West of Rockhampton with what we class as the perfect team to bring our vision to life. The day was filled with fun, laughter, horses....because DAH!, beautiful scenery and the most amazing first collection for Leader Denim. So what did our shoot look like?
1- Location: Central Highlands QLD where the weather and the views were spectacular!
2- The Model! Meet Lily Shan a lady that lives and breaths the values of Leader and couldn't be more perfect for our brand. Coming from a family full of leaders in the campdraft & challenge space we had to have Lil for our fist ever shoot.
3- How do we choose models? We search for women who represent our brand as we want someone who lives the lifestyle and the leader brand. Our goal is to continue to use women and men living the lifestyle we designed our jeans for. 4- Our wonderful photographer is Jess from Jess Edwards Photography, we are so lucky that she lives and breathes the rural lifestyle but even more she really understands our brand which is why we love her and it is so important for us to work with people that understand our vision and our values
5- We are very much personally involved in ensuring our vision is captured. We are the directors, the stylist and the runner for every shot. We even managed to shoot some on our IPhone 15 to get a feel for what we were shooting through the lens.
7- This is when we get to see our pieces really come to life after months of design, planning and trialling our samples. Our excitement and passion is so overflowing at our photo shoots!
