Shipping policy
How long will it take for my clothes to arrive?
- Your products will be dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.
- An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with an Australia Post tracking number. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered you will be left an Australia Post notification about which local post office you can pick the parcel up from.

Shipping within Australia
- We will ship your clothing to anywhere in Australia
- All orders are sent via Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ & will be delivered within the standard Australia Post delivery days - Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane metro areas will take 2-3 business days with all other areas within Australia taking 3-10 business days. New Zealand will take 5-7 days.
- If you would like your products to be delivered sooner we can organise Express Shipping at an additional cost of $10.00 (Aust only).
- Express Post is not a guaranteed overnight delivery. Deliveries are between 1-3 days.
International Shipping
- We can ship your products to anywhere in the world.
- We use Australia Post to ship all our international orders and you will receive an email after you have purchased your products with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of your delivery.
- All shipping times below are an estimate only as shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions and peak times of the year
- Any taxes or duties imposed by individual countries outside of Australia is not included in the sale price of your products.
During COVID19 we are only offering express international shipping through DHL Express.
Rest of the world
- AU$45 Express delivery (2-4 business days)
Lost Parcel?
If products have not been claimed within 14 days and the product is returned to the sender you have forfeited the ownership of the product and new products will need to be ordered
